"You have to know what an awesome job you’re doing! My kids are responding in ways that even fascinate me!!! My children have attended Deb's "Next Generation Krav Maga Class" for a year now, and I felt it really important to share my story and also how excited we are about the program. My daughter Emily was really looking forward to her first year at Kindergarten at Public School near our home. We sent her with high hopes that her first day would not be too rough or hard on her, in addition to all the other "first day of school" anxieties. Unfortunately, some of our fears were realized when my daughter came home with a rather large bump on the back of her head after school that day. She told us another girl in the lunch line threw her backpack at her head causing her to hit her head against the concrete lunch room wall while waiting to eat. As a concerned parent I went to the school principle, but was told that children are "never" allowed to defend or retaliate in any way in a situation such as this. They did assure me they would do all they could to prevent it in the future however. That was enough for me, when told by my husband that Deb would be starting the kids class at Krav Maga DFW, I was elated. Not because I wanted my children to learn violence, but rather to protect themselves in any situation (because it's a personal responsibility). Since beginning the classes, my two children have learned that the first rule of Krav is: "I don't want to fight", and many other amazing things. They have grown more confident and inspired me to take Krav Maga myself. The instructors are all awesome and well trained....and have a natural ability with children. To add to all this, it's a good parent and child bonding experience. There is a lot of energy and parent participation in the room and my children always leave smiling....

Next Generation Curriculum
Learn To Protect Yourself!
We teach effective, proven self-defense, weapons defenses, ground fighting and fight classes. We also offer Combat Cardio, MMA Conditioning, Strong Fit and Kid's Classes. We have group and private lessons available and also special self-defense seminars. The seminars held at our studios are open to the public. You can schedule special seminars for your business or group functions as well. (Certain space and participant requirements must be met.)
